1 / Does it matter which airline I fly?
No. With Book and Claim, you can fly any carrier. Your emissions reduction is tied to the fuel we produce, not the seat you sit in.
2 / How do I know the airline is not claiming the same credit?
BioFlight SAFc will use a strict registry system. Once a certificate is sold to you, the "environmental attribute" is stripped from the physical fuel. The airline gets the fuel, but you get the carbon reduction. This prevents double-counting.
3 / Is this recognized by SBTi?
Yes. The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) aviation guidance recognizes Book and Claim mechanisms for Scope 3 reductions when high-integrity chain of custody is used.
